K1 Fiance Visa
A K1 Fiance visa is a document that is open to foreign citizen who wishes to marry a single American citizen and permanently live in the country thereof. This is the only visa that takes a short term processes to do than being compared to other kind of visas.

Now, both parties should give evidence if both are widowed, divorced or annulled thus papers of death certificate of the dead spouses, divorce decrees copies of both parties and annulment decrees is important. The approval of marrying the petitioner’s fiance depends upon the age of the latter.
Now, after which the approval of the petition was approved, the file is being forwarded and you owe to pay a flat fee of $890.Prior to that you are required to present to the immigration department the police certificate of the petitioner along with present medical examination. The petitioner is requested to prove his financial capability that the fiance from the foreign country will support the latter. The petitioner should also show any proof o evidence showing that both relationship that each other has is true and has become an established one.
